PUTTING PEOPLE TO WORK

INNERVISION serves adults across Georgia who face challenges in securing and maintaining employment. We welcome people often excluded from the regular job market and provide assistance with real work opportunities, along with training and support tailored to each person's needs. Each year, numerous participants transition from our innovative workforce development program to secure good jobs in the regular economy.

EMPLOYMENT & COMMUNITY SUPPORT

INNERVISION offers a successful Supported Employment Program aimed at benefiting both regional businesses and people with disabilities by providing long-term job placements in community settings.

Our program is tailored to support people with mild to severe disabilities, offering skilled Employment Specialists, individualized assessments, on-site job training, long-term supervision, and ongoing support to both the people with disabilities and their employers.

Our Employment Specialists provide follow-along services, including periodic counseling, regular phone calls to both the employer and the employee, and continued on-site training as needed.

Our team actively seeks new Supported Employment business partners and welcomes recommendations for businesses that may be a good fit.

TO UNDERSTAND WHO WE ARE

IT IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND WHERE WE CAME FROM

When INNERVISION was founded by Sabrina, it began as a passion project rather than a career pursuit. Initially focused on vocational services, particularly community jobs, INNERVISION evolved to meet the changing needs of its participants. This evolution led to the development of additional opportunities such as staffing, mobile job coaching, pop-up job shops, and paid on-the-job training, all aimed at enhancing the opportunities for the people served by INNERVISION.
